Overview
Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we are unable to offer a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, uncut and in the same condition that you received it, including its original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to the custom cut nature of our foam products, the following cannot be returned:
- Custom cut or custom sized foam orders
- Foam that has been cut, trimmed or modified after delivery
- Gift cards
- Any item not in its original condition or missing parts due to customer error
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original payment method within 5-10 working days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund, please check your bank account first, then contact your card provider. If you still have not received it, contact us at info@foamcrafter.co.uk
Sale Items
Only regular priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items that are defective or damaged upon delivery. To arrange an exchange email us at info@foamcrafter.co.uk
